The Walk of death (commonly known as the Snowdon horseshoe) is one of the most difficult mountain walks in Great Britain. In terms of fitness, it is no problem, anyone can do it. The difficulty comes with the walk along the knife edge ridge, with sheer drops either side of you.
It`s a real test of bottle. Don`t just sit behind your computer dreaming, get out and do it!
Warning and disclaimer
This ridge walk is not called the walk of death for nothing. It should not be attempted without proper guidance and equipment. Every year dozens of people are injured, and some have been killed attempting this walk. This website accepts no responsibility for any injury or death as a result of the walk.
